The scholarship fund is limited. Please use this form only if you are experiencing a current
financial hardship that makes it difficult or impossible to pay the one-time student
participation fee. Make sure you also complete the Student Sign-Up Form and read
the Adventure Program Waiver before submitting this form. Once we receive your form,
we will forward the information to your school for confirmation.
